SEE WHAT WE DO

RENÉE JOSLYN

Principal & Managing Director

Renée leads the strategy and execution efforts for all client engagements. She has more than 20 years of experience designing collaborative approaches to advancing justice and equity around the world – with a focus on the development of co-investment strategies for optimal program implementation and impact. As part of her career in philanthropy, Renée was the Director of Girls and Women Integration at the Clinton Foundation/Clinton Global Initiative (CGI), where she concentrated her efforts on empowering girls and women. In this role, she advised corporations, individuals, NGOs, and multilateral institutions on increasing investments in gender-focused initiatives with a racial justice/marginalized community lens.

Before joining the Clinton Foundation, Renée was a Senior Philanthropy Advisor at the Tides Foundation, where she developed and directed grantmaking portfolios in disaster relief, human rights, economic development and social justice. Additionally, she formed and administered the Indigenous Women’s Fund, and the Africa Family Planning and HIV Integration Fund. Prior to the Tides Foundation, Renée served as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the Ms. Foundation for Women, where she developed strategic partnerships in the areas of economic development, reproductive health and rights, youth-led social change, and civic engagement.

Renée is on the advisory board of Percent Pledge and a board member of Women’s Funding Network (WFN).
